If you are grateful for something that someone has given you or done for you, you have warm, friendly feelings towards them and wish to thank them.

e.g. She was grateful to him for being so good to her...

You use heart when you are talking about someone's character and attitude towards other people, especially when they are kind and generous.

If you refer to things of the heart, you mean love and relationships.

If something gives you heart, it makes you feel more confident or happy about something.

If you want to do something but do not have the heart to do it, you do not do it because you know it will make someone unhappy or disappointed.

e.g. We knew all along but didn'thave the heart to tell her.

If you believe or know something in your heart of hearts, that is what you really believe or think, even though it may sometimes seem that you do not.

If you say or feel something sincerely, you really mean or feel it, and are not pretending.

e.g. 'Congratulations,' he said sincerely...

2. 谨上，此致(正式信件中写在姓名前的客套用语)
In Britain, people write 'Yours sincerely' before their signature at the end of a formal letter when they have addressed it to someone by name. In the United States, people usually write 'Sincerely yours' or 'Sincerely' instead.
