1. 同班同学
Your classmates are students who are in the same class as you at school or college.

1. （公共）图书馆
A public library is a building where things such as books, newspapers, videos, and music are kept for people to read, use, or borrow.

e.g. ...the local library...
当地图书馆
e.g. She issued them library cards.

2. （私人）收藏的图书（或唱片等）
A private library is a collection of things such as books or music, that is normally only used with the permission of the owner.

e.g. My thanks go to the British School of Osteopathy, for the use of their library.

3. 书房；书斋
In some large houses the library is the room where most of the books are kept.

e.g. Guests were rarely entertained in the library.

A playground is a piece of land, at school or in a public area, where children can play.

If you describe a place as a playground for a certain group of people, you mean that those people like to enjoy themselves there or go on holiday there.

1. 微笑;笑
When you smile, the corners of your mouth curve up and you sometimes show your teeth. People smile when they are pleased or amused, or when they are being friendly.

e.g. When he saw me, he smiled and waved...
他看见我的时候，微笑着朝我挥挥手。
e.g. He rubbed the back of his neck and smiled ruefully at me...
他挠了挠脖梗儿，对我苦笑了一下。

2. 笑容
A smile is the expression that you have on your face when you smile.

e.g. She gave a wry smile...
她苦笑了一下。
e.g. 'There are some sandwiches if you're hungry,' she said with a smile...
她笑道：“你要是饿的话，这有一些三明治。”

3. 微笑着说;微笑着表示
If you smile something, you say it with a smile or express it by a smile.

e.g. 'Aren't we daft?' she smiled...
她微笑着问：“我们不是很傻吗?”
e.g. She smiled her thanks and arranged the guitar under her arm.
她微笑着致了谢，把胳膊下面的吉他调整了一下。

4. (命运等)青睐，眷顾，垂青
If you say that something such as fortune smiles on someone, you mean that they are lucky or successful.

e.g. When fortune smiled on him, he made the most of it...
当好运来临时，他充分把握住了。
e.g. God is not smiling on our cause.
我们的事业没有得到上帝的垂怜。

5. 满面笑容(常指先前因某事发愁)
If you say that someone is all smiles, you mean that they look very happy, often when they have previously been worried or upset about something.

1. 高的;高大的
Someone or something that is tall has a greater height than is normal or average.

e.g. Being tall can make you feel incredibly self-confident...
个子高会使你感觉极其自信。
e.g. She was a young woman, fairly tall and fairly slim...
她是个身材修长的年轻女子。

2. (用于指高度)有…高的，身高…的
You use tall to ask or talk about the height of someone or something.

e.g. How tall are you?...
你多高？
e.g. I'm only 5ft tall, and I look younger than my age...

3. 难办的事情;棘手的问题
If something is a tall order, it is very difficult.

e.g. Financing your studies may seem like a tall order, but there is plenty of help available.
学费的筹措可能看似一个大难题，好在你可以获得许多帮助。

4. 昂首挺胸;理直气壮
If you say that someone walks tall, you mean that they behave in a way that shows that they have pride in themselves and in what they are doing.
